In a link I made for the Nelson Mandela Tribute Blog the eyes of Salvador Dali move when rolling over the link, I am often guilty of such actions.  
When I first saw the rollover above I thought the movement of the eyes was due to me not being able to line up one image with the other correctly.  Then I noticed that the whites of the eyes are different from one image to the other.
So I guess the president must have arrived a little later that evening.
